SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Products

PetGorgon beds are produced in small limited batches. When you place an order, you are reserving your bed from the current production run. The estimated timeline for every order is:

Production time: 2–3 weeks. Shipping time: 6–8 business days. Total estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks from your order date.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and begin the day your order is confirmed. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Costs & Destinations

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We currently ship to [the United States / list of countries]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. [Ajústalo si sí los aceptas.]

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [suppor. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Delays

If your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will notify you by email with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Occasional carrier delays (weather, customs, high-volume seasons) are outside our control, but we'll always help you locate your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then reach out within 48 hours. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
